1) Phone or Skype consultation (30 mins approx)
2) Pre-session questionnaire to identify personally how you will feel, behave and act when your issue improved and to treat previous significant emotional events that may be holding you back.
3) 1 x 90 min and 2 x 60 mins sessions that include cognitive hypnotherapy, coaching, breathing practices and positive psychology to assist you to reach your goal as swiftly and safely as possible.
Individual sessions are £99 each. Booked as the recomended treatment package of 3 sessions is £224 in advance. (Key workers, those on furlough or not working please advise when completing your pre- session questionnaire.)
What is Cognitive Hypnotherapy?
Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a modern and highly effective approach developed by author and trainer Trevor Silvester that combines the learnings of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy with latest advances in Hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

We sometimes “do” our problems in a trance. We don’t consciously choose to over eat or smoke excessively, so it makes sense to use hypnotherapy to help our unconscious put things right!
What is Hypnotherapy and Trance?
Trance is actually an everyday occurrence, which we all drift in and out of many times each day. For example when listening to music and not noticing what is going on around us. A hypnotic trance is a bit like daydreaming but with a therapeutic purpose. You remain totally in control and it is not like stage hypnotism at all
What Does Trance Feel Like?
Everyone experiences trance slightly differently. For some, it may not feel any different to the normal `waking` state. But normally it is similar to that feeling of deep calm that we experience just before falling asleep at night or just before waking in the morning. it is an entirely natural state.
Can you have control over me?
No. Hypnotherapy is not something that the therapist does to a client. During a session the client and therapist are part of a therapeutic alliance, with the therapist guiding the client to focus on their internal world and access the huge store of resources held in their unconscious mind. The client remains fully in control and will be able to come out of trance at any time they choose.

Hypnosis is a 100% safe and natural process and has been approve by the British Medical Council or nearly fifty years that is since 1955. Some surgeons in specific circumstances have even used hypnosis to replace anaesthetic in operations.
